Our Technical Support Premium Rate Line offers telephone support covering the whole of the UK. Costs are 60 pence/minute (contract clients excluded) and our engineers will try to solve your problem as quickly as possible. Remote Desktop Support
We now offer remote support to any computer with a broadband connection using free software that allows you to connect your machine to us over the internet. The instructions below explain how to download and configure our free AA Mac Support Tool on your machine. Remote support is charged at 60p/minute unless you have a support contract with us.
*Note -This service is for Mac OS X 10.3 and above only.
Remote Desktop Support Instructions
Step 1 - Click on the green and black AA Mac Remote Support Tool icon.
Step 2 - A disk image of the AA Mac Support Tool will download to the desktop (or wherever you have designated files to download to). Double click the disk image to mount (open) it.
Step 3 - A window will open showing the contents of the disk image. Double click the AA Mac Support Tool application to open it.
Step 4 - In the AA Mac Support Tool window click the connect button as shown.
Complete - A connection invitation has been sent to AA Mac to allow us to connect to your screen.
Disconnecting - To end the session at any time simply quit the AA Mac Support Tool. This will disconnect the engineer from your Mac.
