If your Apple machine is under warranty:

- Call to arrange to bring in your Mac
- Diagnosis within 24 to 48 hours
- Parts ordered in 2-5 working days direct from Apple (subject to availability)
- Replacement parts fitted within 1-2 days of receiving them
- Hard desk back up available (extra charges apply)

**NOTE** Apple are not responsible for any software or content on your machine.  In the event of hard disk problems, data recovery is not guaranteed but we will do our best to retrieve your data.
